Florida Stars youth football program is dedicated to the development of football players through high-level training and competition in a safe and secure environment so they may achieve success through teamwork, sportsmanship, and character building.  Each player is inspired to strive for higher levels of education and competition by exposing them to college and university programs beyond their communities. They are encouraged to work towards the goal of being a gentleman, scholar, and athlete. Ultimately, serving as an example to others and becoming model citizens.  The Florida Stars coaches, mentors, and advisors are caring adults committed to providing valuable life lessons through leadership and guidance.  They consistently emphasize the importance of character, commitment, responsibility, and effective teamwork so players recognize the connections between their strengths on the field and in the classroom. The goal is to teach the fundamentals necessary to achieve the highest level of skill while promoting a healthy lifestyle.
