For 70 years and counting the Garden City South - West Hempstead Little league has been teaching boys and girls how to win and lose, learn how to respect authority and to learn the values and quality attributes of sportsmanship, teamwork and fair play.  

We offer year round instruction with:
- Fall Softball Sandlot instruction 
- Fall Softball/Baseball Leagues
- Winter indoor Softball/Baseball clinics
- Spring Softball/Baseball Leagues
- Summer Softball/Baseball Leagues

We play at the Town of Hempstead Cherry Valley Fields and the Town of Hempstead Echo Park Field which offer:
- Turfed baseball field with lights
- Turfed softball field
- T-ball field
- Skinned softball/baseball field
- Fully equipped food shack

Our Spring season includes an end of season movie and trophy night and also offers a family outing to a New York Mets game where the players can walk onto the field prior to the game with the Little League.
