Highlights

(JYSA) is a league to teach, develop, and enhance softball skills outside of the normal playing season. Our goal is to create a training field year-round to prepare athletes for the regular season as well as bring a successful dynamic level of fast-pitched softball to the city of Jackson or surrounding cities in Hinds County.

We are engaging adolescents in the inner city of Jackson, Ms in an overall healthy, safe, and Christian environment through the sport of softball. Our sport encourages staying fit and bringing communities together for fun and entertainment.(JYSA) is a non-profit recreational organization that originates in Jackson Ms to engage inner-city youth in the sport of fast-pitch softball.

Did you know It has been over 20 years since our youth of inner Jackson played in an organized competitive fast pitch league? We are using this vast sport as a platform to introduce Christ, connect with our communities, and increase participation in African American girls.

Our ages are specifically for youth girls ages 4-17. We are targeting the underserved, black and brown community yet all residents of Jackson and Hinds county are welcome to participate.
Through this, we desire to ensure equal opportunity for all.
