The Knights Flag Football Program Inc. is a co-ed youth flag football program for grades Pre-K - 9th Grade based in Deer Park, NY and serving the neighboring communities as well. The program is operated under the governing rules of NFL FLAG.  We empower youth athletes and instill a lifelong passion for football and youth sports.  We accomplish this through our values of Sportsmanship, Leadership, Scholarship, and Friendship.
