The South Dayton Knights (SDK) is a youth football and cheer program for boys and girls in grades 3rd through 8th who attend one of the following area Catholic Schools: St. Charles, St. Albert the Great, Ascension, Incarnation, Bishop Leibold, St. Luke, Holy Angels, Richard Allen Schools, or Emerson Academy, or who are registered members of the following parishes:          St. Charles, St. Albert the Great, St. Francis of Assisi, Ascension, Incarnation, St. Henry, Our lady of Good Hope or St. Mary of the Assumption.

**7th and 8th grade players have no restrictions and are not required to attend any of the above schools or parishes**

The SDK program is associated with Archbishop Alter High School and is seen as the life-blood of their football program. SDK began in 2002 and has achieved a great deal of success over that time. The program's goals are to teach the game of football to young kids with a focus on having fun, sportsmanship, and teaching proper fundamentals/techniques that will be needed as they continue to move up in their football career!
