Cheerleading is more than pom-poms and chants—it’s a dynamic sport that combines athleticism, teamwork, and creativity! At Avant Coeur, we strive to provide every athlete in our program with a rewarding and fulfilling experience through the building of character, and ‘heart’ above all.

In partnership with CDA Junior Tackle and the Fitz Football League, we focus on teaching young athletes respect for themselves and others, time management skills, self-discipline, development of competitive abilities, dedication to a team, strong work habits, goal setting ability, a love of exercise and an overall sense of accomplishment in their endeavors. In short, an attitude of “never less than the best we can do.”

Details:

• Practices once per week at Person Field on 15th Street
  • Practices start August 5th (may split into two practices as needed) on Tuesday evenings
• Cheer presentations at Football games on Wednesday or Saturday (age-dependent)
• Cheer presentations at Football games start August 21st
• Last presentations at Football games are September 25th or October 26th (age-dependent)
• Registration Fee: $225
• Registration Due by: 07/16/24
• Registration includes uniform, poms, and bow and a cheer clinic at Avant Coeur!
• Cheer Clinic: 06/29/24 or 07/16/24 at Avant Coeur
