Welcome to the 2026 Pop Warner Fall Football Season !!
Lake Nona Youth Sports is pleased to announce that Pop Warner Football & cheer registration is open!
Players will all be assigned in order of the registration date after the returning player registration window closes with returning players from the 2025 season getting priority over the first 7 days.
Registration Cost for 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, and 13U is $400.
We will also require an equipment deposit, in the form of a check, due at equipment pickup. We will hold this check until the end of season and return it to you when you have returned all equipment that has been issued to you. In the event that you do not return any piece of equipment, this check will be cashed and all or part of the funds will be used to replace anything that was missing. Any unused portion will be returned to you at a later date.
Every family will be responsible for a total of 20 hours of volunteer work during the tackle football season. If you do not wish to volunteer during the season, there is a $100 mandatory non-volunteer fee that will be charged at time of registration. Leading up to the season, our volunteer coordinator will reach out to you to get you signed up for your volunteer hours. Possible volunteer jobs include but are not limited to: game day set up and break down, admission table, chains during games as well as volunteer opportunities through our partnership with the Lake Nona High School to help them on their game days as well.
FOOTBALL Registration FEE includes use of a helmet, shoulder pads, and practice & game jerseys. All equipment must be returned at the end of the season. Parents are responsible for purchasing the following items: Practice pants (we recommend at least two pairs), cleats, mouth guard, and a water bottle.

*A child's age on July 14, 2026 is her/his age for the season for purposes of selecting a team.
**LNYS' register players down to the lowest age based team to give each player the best developmental opportunity possible. LNYS does not roster a player up to the next level at a Coach's or Parent's request.

Please reference the 2026 pop warner forms and go over the checklist (located on our website under the forms & link tab) as a guide for what forms are required and how to successfully complete your athlete's registration.
Individual team moms will collect required paperwork per the referenced checklist, provide access to hard copy required forms, answer questions and or help parents fill out paperwork/register online.
The regular season begins on July 15th and consists of 7 or 8 regular season games. Playoffs will take place after the regular season for eligible teams. Please check back to this website regularly for updates on camps and conditioning that will be taking place between May and the start of the season.
Players will be required to get 10 hours of acclimation training prior to suiting up, so the schedule for the first two weeks will have different days/hours depending on the level of play and at the coach’s discretion.
PRACTICE - Held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at Heroes Park (14028 Centerline Drive, Orlando, FL 32827)
HOME GAMES will be played on Saturdays at Lake Nona High School (12500 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32832)
AWAY GAMES PLAYED AT LOCATION BASED ON OPPONENT
Refund Policy
• There will be no refunds after registration closes.
• Refund requests prior to registration closing will be a full refund less $25 to cover the cost of registration (credit card processing fees)
