Q: How does BCSA differ from other soccer clubs?
A: BCSA provides year round soccer with the most flexible schedules that cater to the single and mulit-sport athletes. We focus on training for the younger ages and provide professional training for all our travel/select players.
Q: Will teams be allowed to stay together or will they be broken up(each year)?
A: We believe in keeping the core of teams together for the duration of their BCSA careers.
Q: How are conflicts between BCSA and other sports groups handled?
A: BCSA recognizes that all youth sports are trending towards year round play . Conflict resolution is successful when all parties put the athlete's needs first. We assure you that no matter what conflict you find yourself in, BCSA will always be the first to the table offering flexibility.
Q: Who decides which sport is most important?
A: BCSA believes it's called Youth Sports for a reason and that is to serve our youth. Therefore we believe our athletes should always choose what's best for them.
Q: How much playing time will my child receive?
A: We are not a pay to play club. Our coaches are strongly encouraged to provide equal playing time as much as possible.
Q: How much travel should we anticipate?
A: How far and how much a team travels is most dependent on what age group, division and league they play in. For the majority of our club local travel should be expected.
