Blazer Midget Football & Cheerleading


Registration is open to players & cheerleaders who reside in the Daniel Boone School District up to 7th grade.
If a tackle football player goes to ICA, he must play for Berks Catholic, unless he started with BMF or has an older sibling in BMF.  (Our Flag football program has no restrictions based on where you live.)

This information is repeated during the registration process.

To register for BMF&C you must first make an account, create your profile and add your child(ren) information.
If you made an account last year, please login with the same username/password.

Tackle Football & Cheerleading cost -  $135 + fee*
Flag Football & Flag Cheerleading cost -  $70 + fee*

A volunteer fee of $40 will be charged once to each family, if you register a football player & a cheerleader, the fee may show twice, contact us and we will fix it ([email protected]).  This fee will be reimbursed at a rate of $20 per hour when/if you volunteer at a BMF fundraiser or game (2 hours max refundable). (Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Committee Members will NOT be required to pay the fee.)

We prefer that you pay online with a credit card, there is a $5 processing fee, $3 for flag.

If you plan to pay by cash or check, select "PAY BY CHECK" to finalize your online registration.  
Also, do this if there is a problem with the price, let us know and we can fix it before you pay.

** If you will be registering multiple family members please add all participants before paying, do not pay separately, this way you get your discounts   **  Also, if you get charged for multiple $40 volunteer fee, we will fix that later.

Second family member that registers receives a $20 discount.
Third family member that registers receives a $25 discount.
Fourth family member that registers receives a $25 discount.

** If a discount above does not come off automatically, please let us know and we will manually take it off.**

All tackle football players are required to have a personalized game jersey, if a new one is needed they are $62.
If you cancel registration before the season, but a jersey was already ordered, we can not refund you the cost of the jersey, because they are custom and personalized.

All tackle football players & cheerleaders must attend an equipment fitting at one of the dates below.  (Flag football players who registered & paid online do not need to attend)
at Blackjax American Pub and Grille on Rt 422 in Douglassville.
(If you did not make the dates below, we will still get you equipment/uniform, it may just take a little longer)

- Saturday, April 27, 9:00 - 12:00

If you did not pay online with credit card, you must bring cash/check/credit to finalize your registration. (Registration fee + $40 for refundable volunteer fee). (there will be a small fee if using a credit card) 
You can mail payment to BMF, PO Box 1, Birdsboro, PA 19508.

Football players require blue socks at $10/pair.
Cheerleaders require pink sock at $10/pair for October.

Please bring a copy of the player/cheerleaders birth certificate and health insurance info.

If you do not register online, you will be asked to fill out this form to expedite in-person registration.
BMF Registration

Tackle football players are responsible for their own cleats, mouthpieces, girdle w/cup, and socks (if you purchased socks last year, they are good for this year.)   We will be selling cleats at registration and equipment pickup.

Cheerleaders are responsible for part of their uniform and must purchase at JD Sport during an assigned time (sneakers, bloomers, etc.)

8th graders must play/cheer for the Middle School team, no exceptions!
