Registration is open to players and cheerleaders who reside in the Daniel Boone School District up to 6th for cheer/ 7th for football.
If a tackle football player attends Immaculate Conception Academy (ICA), they must play for Berks Catholic, unless they started with BMF or have an older sibling currently participating in BMF.
Flag Football and Flag Cheerleading have no residency restrictions. This information is repeated during the registration process.

How to Register
To register for Blazer Midget Football & Cheerleading (BMF&C):
Create an account.

1. Set up your profile.

2. Add your child(ren)’s information.

3. Compete the registration process.

4. If you created an account last year, please log in using the same username and password.

We prefer payment online by credit card.

There is a $5 processing fee for credit card payments.

If you plan to pay by cash or check, select “PAY BY CHECK” when completing your online registration.

Family Discounts
Families registering multiple children receive the following discounts:

• Second child: $25 discount

• Third child: $20 discount

• Fourth child: $20 discount

Jersey Requirement (Tackle Football)
All tackle football players must have a personalized game jersey.

If a new jersey is needed, the cost is $68.

Please confirm sizes carefully. Jerseys run small and are non-refundable once ordered.

If registration is canceled after a jersey has been ordered, the jersey cost cannot be refunded because it is personalized.

Equipment Fittings

All tackle football players and cheerleaders must attend an equipment fitting on one of the scheduled dates.

Flag football players who have registered and paid online do NOT need to attend fittings.

Dates for fittings are as follows:

• Sunday, March 22 — 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Wednesday, April 8 — 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Sunday, May 17 — 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Last Fitting)

If you did not pay online, you must bring payment to finalize registration.

Cheerleader Uniform Items
Cheerleaders are responsible for purchasing part of their uniform at JD Sports during an assigned time. Items include:

• Socks

• Sneakers

• Bloomers

• Other required accessories

7th/8th Grade Rule

8th graders must play football and 7th graders must cheer for the Middle School team.

No exceptions.
