All of our coaches must pass the following background checks.

If you already have these reports/certificates from another organization or school, please give them to the head coach or email them to [email protected]

PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Good for 5 years)
There is no cost for this.

We are not using codes, just print and give to head coach (you can do for free once every 3 years).

After entering your information, it will generate the "Certification Form", print a copy and give to head coach.

FBI Criminal - Only Necessary If New to PA (<10 Years)

** ONLY NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE NOT LIVED IN PENNSYLVANIA FOR 10 YEARS **

The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is utilizing Cogent Systems to process fingerprint-based FBI criminal background checks. The fingerprint based background check is a multiple step process.

Mandatory Reporting for Suspected Child Abuse - FREE Online (Good for 5 years)

This is a new law in Pennsylvania, if someone suspects that a child is being abused in any way, that person must call and report it. Every coach must take this free online course for recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse.

Concussion Training - FREE Online (Done yearly)

HEADS UP to Youth Sports: Online Training (~30 minute video)

HEADS UP Concussion in Youth Sports is a free, online course available to coaches, parents, and others helping to keep athletes safe from concussion. It features interviews with leading experts, dynamic graphics and interactive exercises, and compelling storytelling to help you recognize a concussion and know how to respond if you think that your athlete might have a concussion.
