The Richfield Soccer Club was established in the Fall of 1992. Jim Klippel, Ken Meeks and Kathy Belfield were the first committee members, with meetings held in Jim's back yard. The Club started with three teams consisting of one U-8, one U-10 and one U-12. Total membership around 46 children.
The Richfield Soccer Club belongs to the KMSL - Kettle Moraine Soccer League. The League's Philosophy is FUN, FITNESS, AND FAIR PLAY. The KMSL consists of separate clubs from Erin, Hartford, Hustisford, Jackson, Juneau, Kewaskum, Richfield, Slinger, Washington County FC, and West Bend.
This Web Site was founded on October 24th, 1998, by Bradley R. Otto. The domain name www.richfieldsoccer.com was registered on August 11th, 1999. In the Fall 2000 Season, the club had 29 children participating on 4 U-6 teams, about 200 children on 15 U-7 - U-14 teams, and many volunteers.
In July 2007, the current nonprofit corporation, Richfield Soccer Club, Inc., was formed to run the community soccer organization.
