--Started covering basketball at the division one level as an independent journalist in 2007. By 2011, became a contractor for FOX Sports and Scout.com. Has covered universities such as Texas State, and UTSA on a full time basis, and contributed for others. It was covering these colleges that led him to build solid relationships with college coaching staffs and then create AlamoCityHoops in late 2014 out of a need to help and assist the youth of the Tri-Regions in playing ball at the college level.

--Is an NCAA Approved Scout

--Also a 16 year veteran of the Army Reserves, who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Selfless service is one of the seven Army core values and he truly believes it to his bones. To help those who might not have not had the same opportunities and be as fortunate. This drives Antonio to make AlamoCityHoops what it has become, the premier outlet in boys and girls basketball coverage and events for the Texas Tri-Regions.
