How much is registration for my child/children?
 - Mite level - birth year 2012 or younger:  $60 + $56 USA Hockey Fee
 - Squirt level - birth year 2010 or 2011:  $180* + $56 USA Hockey Fee
 - PeeWee level - birth year 2008 or 2009:  $235* + $56 USA Hockey Fee
 - Bantam level - birth year 2006 or 2007:  $320* + $56 USA Hockey Fee
    *receive a $50 discount for Squirts, PeeWees and Bantams if registered prior to September 30, 2020! 

How do I register my child/children for hockey for the 2020-2021 season?



Step 1: 
NEW PLAYERS:  Register in person on September 16th  5-7 PM at the Panther Den
RETURNING PLAYERS:  Register your child/children online on our website
When you first visit the WSHA website, click on the "Login" button on the upper right corner. You will need to create a login if you have not done so already. Once you have a login, you can click on the "Register button in the upper right corner.

Follow the steps to complete the registration process. Credit card payment is accepted online or checks will need to be mailed to:

Step 2:  Other required payments and/or documentation
Calendar Checks - $300 post dated check for January 15, 2020 will be collected at the first practice
Work Hour Check - $30*20 = $600 will be collected at the first practice
**if you would like to mail your checks before practice, use the PO Box above**

For first year Squirts, birth certificates and birth certificate verification forms will also be needed at the first practice (WSHA will provide you the form, you bring the birth certificate).

Step 3:  Register your child with USA Hockey
(Note: USA Hockey Registration should be done prior to October 15th.)
USA Hockey does charge a fee for participants:
 - Age 6 and under are FREE
 - Age 7 and older is $40 for USAH and another $10 for WAHA (Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association)
