Meet the new Executive Director

The new director is former Carolina Rush Coach and Soccer Club Director, Coach Haniff Frank. Coach Frank holds the NSCAA Advanced National license. He has been coaching for 15+ years, and played as high as Semi-Pro soccer. Coach Frank has over 36 years invested in the game as Player, Coach and Club Director and will be working full time with the club.

In 2016, while Coaching at Carolina Rush, Coach Frank’s U15 Boys team won their division, earning them a promotion to the coveted st Division in the NCYSA. 

Coach Frank has been coaching in South Carolina for the past five seasons where his teams have won four SCYSA State Cup Championship in numerous age groups. He is anxious to bring his championship program ideas and energy to Carolina Rush and to compete in the NCYSA. Over the past 4 months, 7 Players under Coach Frank’s leadership have signed scholarships to play soccer at local colleges in NC and SC. 

His vision for youth soccer in the Carolinas is outstanding. Developing players to be their best and to achieve scholarships and professional careers is one of the hallmarks of his plan. Giving children of all backgrounds and family incomes access to the best leagues are paramount. 

Coach Frank has been happily married to his beautiful wife, Tenneh Frank, for the past 20+ years. They have 4 wonderful children, Hadiyah, Khafani, Hanadiy and Hasinah. We welcome them to our club and look forward to having the Frank's as part of our family.
