Who is it for?

Functional Training & Free Play Sessions are open to all players from birth year 2011 Academy Program players through birth year 2001 Competitive Program players.

How to register your child for a Functional Training & Free Play Session?

Registration will open every Monday at 9am and registration will then close every Wednesday at 12pm (unless limit has been reached before). As soon as you have registered through the Google Form for that week, you will receive a confirmation email and then your child is set for the Functional Training & Free Play Session.

NOTE - You must register your child every week. Registering them for one week does not count for your child to be registered for every week. Registration once equals registration for that week only.

Time and Location?

Field 5A = 9U Academy thru 12U Classic (This session will have a maximum of 18 players only due to coach restraints)
Field 6 = 13U+ Classic (This session will have a maximum of 18 players due to coaching restraints)

Who will be coaching the Functional Training & Free Play Sessions?

All sessions will be ran by AFSC Staff.

Can my child use the Functional Training & Free Play as a "make-up" session?

Yes, your child can attend these sessions if they miss one of their own sessions. However, the same rules apply - Your child must be registered by 3pm every Wednesday. If they are not, they will not be able to attend the session.
