
The focus of our 'First Flight' program is to help develop children's gross motor skills through fun journey based games while providing an introduction to the basics of soccer. Children will be immersed in an environment of activities targeted to develop/strengthen their muscles, improve their balance and coordination through ball skills and enjoying activities along with their friends.
There are 10 individual developmental sessions; five (5) in the Fall Season and five (5) in the Spring Season on each of the following Saturdays below. There are NO GAMES in this program as we direct our focus on FUNdemental activities for boys & girls in this birth-year. Any players born in 2016 are NOT allowed to 'play-up' in our Recreational League, no exceptions. The players will be split into small groups at the beginning of each session by Alex Edwards (Programs Director) and we encourage Parents to participate in all activities, where and when needed.
When registering in the Fall this automatically enrolls each participant for the Spring with no additional fee. Any registrations during the Spring will be for the amount of sessions that are left in the program.
All sessions will start at 9am and finish no later than 10am on the following dates:

What year does my child need to be born in to attend the 'First Flight' program?
Boys & Girls born between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 are allowed to register. Unfortunately we can not accept any other birth years at this time.
Where will the sessions take place and at what time?
Sessions will take place at the Cajun Industries Soccer Complex located near the Lamar Dixon Expo Center, each session will start at 9am and finish no later than 10am on the above dates provided.
What Equipment will I need to bring with me?
Please make sure that you bring a Size 3 Soccer Ball, fully inflated wearing your First Flight Jersey (Included with Registration), Shin Guards, Cleats and plenty of Water.
Where do I get my Uniform from?
Uniforms are provided by Third Coast Soccer in full, by Action Therapy and Wellness (Limit 1 Jersey per Player)
