Marsing Baseball 2026

Sign up ages are 8-14 (younger ages to follow soon).

The league may choose to host a tryout for any or all of the age groups based on player numbers. If there are too many players for one team and not enough for two, a tryout may be necessary. There are competitive leagues and recreational leagues are also available in the summer. There are additional options for placement on another team in the area if needed.

Hat and shirt provided.

Baseball league age is child's age on (or before) May 1st..

2026 Boys 7/8 Coach Pitch -

2026 Minors 8-10yr

2026 Rookie/Minors/Majors

Majors: Recommended for ballplayers ages 11-12. Features a 50' pitching distance and 70' base paths. Players must be 11 by 5/1 of the current year.

Minors: Recommended for ballplayers ages 8-10. Players build and refine their fundamental skills while beginning to understand game strategy and teamwork in a competitive environment. Players must be 8 by 5/1 of the current year.

Rookie: Recommended for ballplayers ages 8-10. Players build and refine their fundamental skills while beginning to understand game strategy and teamwork. Players must be 8 by 5/1 of the current year.

2026 Prep/Babe Ruth (Age 13-15)

This is the regular rec. league.

Prep/Babe Ruth: Recreation League

Ballplayers ages 13-15 who wish to continue their baseball playing experience beyond the age of 12 on a full size 90ft field.

League consists of Vallivue, Caldwell, Nampa, Homedale & Marsing typically and there will be travel to those places involved.

Players must be 13 by 5/1 of the current year. No Exceptions

Games are played on a full size field with 90' bases, leading off, stealing, balks, pitching from stretch, etc.

There will be an end of season tournament.

6yr old

If you are 6 years old, here are your options:

You will play Coach Pitch, in the summer, from Mid-May through the end of June, through your local league. Sign up now, but more details to come around mid-April.

5yr old

If you are 5 years old, here are your options:

You will play T-Ball, in the summer, from Mid-May through the end of June, through your local league. Sign up now, but more details to come around mid-April.

4yr old

If you are 4 years old, here are your options:

You will play T-Ball, in the summer, from Mid-May through the end of June, through your local league. Sign up now, but more details to come around mid-Apr
