• Request for a refund should be submitted in writing. Please include all documentation stating why your player/cheerleader cannot participate. Your documentation will be reviewed by the Executive Board. 
  
• A 50% refund will be applied only until May 19th. After May 19th NO REFUNDS will be accepted.
• Deposits are  nonrefundable.

• If an injury occurs prior to the 1st day of practice, half of the fee will be refunded if a player/cheerleader cannot partake due to medical reasons -We will need a doctor's note stating why he or she can no longer participate for the remainder of the year due to his/her medical condition. Parent will have to provide a written request per refund policy.

*Military families who are unable to maintain participation at any time due to their obligations to the US Military are entitled to a full refund at any time, if required. A copy of the reassignment orders shall be required to process this type of refund.
