GBSA operates in compliance with VYSA's Risk Management Program.

Every coach, assistant coach, substitute coach, team manager, skills trainer, Director of Coaching, Academy Director, volunteer, referee assignor, athletic trainer, program administrator, and Association Officers of GBSA will be risk managed through VYSA.

Information may not submit correctly using a smartphone. Therefore we STRONGLY recommend using a computer to complete this application.

Incorrect applications will be deleted and you will be asked to complete a new application.
