On behalf of the children, volunteers, coaches and board members of the Milton Little League, I would like to thank the supporters of our recently completed lighting project on the Minor League Field in Milton.
The effort to bring this project to reality first started in January 2017.
The league was fortunate to be awarded grant funds from the following:
- Baseball Tomorrow Funds
- Sussex County Council (Sam Wilson & IG Burton)
- Winterfest Grant
- Delmarva Power
With these funds secured, the materials were ordered, the contracts were signed and the project began.
Hoping for additional support to fund the labor and related grounds work needed, Milton Little League reached out to the community for additional support.
