The Virtue of the week: BRAVERY. The strength to conquer fear while overcoming difficulties and resisting temptations.

PRAYER

Lord,sometimes we are tempted to do things that are cowardly. Help us to be BRAVE and to use our will to always do what is right. Give us the strength and the wisdom to remember that You are always with us and that You can help us overcome any temptation. May we practice the virtue of BRAVERY today by not backing down through fear of doing what we know is right or the best.

SAINT OF THE WEEK

This week's saint is St. Rose of Lima. The first canonized saint of the New World. She loved God so much that she withstood ridicule, temptations and sickness inspiring others to a life of virtue.
