2020 Season

Cookeville Youth Football & Cheer’s league affiliate, Tennessee Youth Football Alliance (TYFA) and its member communities met today and voted to suspend all football and cheer activities for the upcoming 2020 season. The communities in TYFA including CYFC will always place the health and safety of our players, cheerleaders and fans above our desire to play football and cheer. Many member communities felt that the guidelines set forth by TSSAA and the National Federation of State High School Associations would be difficult to implement at the youth football league level.

The CYFC Board and coaches are working diligently to develop a plan so that we may continue to provide safe activities for our athletes and their families in 2020. At this time, we will not be having workouts, so our volunteers and coaches can devote that time to exploring options moving forward. Please keep checking the CYFC social media pages for updates.

All 2020 registration fees that have already been paid will be refunded electronically. You will receive a full refund, less a $3 service fee that is automated by the processing system. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
