Are you ready for some flag football? 

Fremont Football League (in partnership with the City of Fremont) is proud to offer a Spring 2024 Flag Football season for youth (boys and girls ages 7-15)  Flag Football is a safe and educational way for youth to enjoy the game of football, while learning sportsmanship, competition, teamwork and the fundamentals required for successful football players.

The Winter-Spring season includes the following:

• * 3 weeks of pre-game practices
• * 8 games of league play
• * Up to 2 weeks of playoffs
• * Reversible jersey & flags to keep

Teams will practice a minimum of 1 day a week, with coach/team option of holding other practices on their own. Practice participation is required, for the safety of all players. Practice schedule will be set after teams are formed. Be sure to sign up early! This program may be modified to adhere to City, County and State guidelines regarding locations, social distancing and safety protocols.

First practice will be Monday February 12th, 5:30pm-7pm at COF softball complex (field TBD). Players will be notified of team assignments by February 20th.
