Bluffton Rush SC is founded upon the principles of player development recognized by US Soccer in its
Player Development Initiatives. Our goal as a club is to define success in terms of our players' performance and not just by the outcome of games. Effective player development starts at the recreational level (5U-7U), moves through the Pre-Academy stage (8U-9U) and into competitive levels of competition (10U-11U). At the early stages, our focus is on technical development. Slowly tactical concerns are introduced and increasingly become the focus of our player development.
