Sierra Madre Pony Organization is built around a grassroots community, where families are the biggest asset and run the league on a daily basis. Character and loyalty are the foundation of our programs.  At SM Pony we believe sports do not build character they simply reveal it.   Players are encouraged to create their own definition of winning and success, where positive attitudes are reinforced, and poor attitudes are discouraged.  Coaches, board members and parents all look to motivate with a vision, not fear.  As a league we believe that athletes can learn to deal with tough aspects of life through competition.  Finally, we push kids to develop their own standards and goals and to not let others define those boundaries.
