The Berlin Youth Football and Cheer League is a 501 (c)(3), TAX EXEMPT, non-profit organization. This program provides Berlin youth with a safe and structured environment to learn and play competitive football, competitive cheerleading, flag football, and “mini cheer.”  The program also instills strong core values such as sportsmanship, work ethic, teamwork, and a sense of pride for the community.  Our players and cheerleaders are proud to wear the Berlin “B.”

It would be impossible to do all of this without the generous support from sponsors, the community, and local businesses, looking to make a positive contribution, no matter how big or small.

If you are interested in teaming up with us this season by renewing or becoming a sponsor of the BYFC program, we encourage you to review the following sponsorship levels available and let us know at which level you are interested in supporting. Every dollar, from every sponsorship, is put immediately into our program to provide player practice and game equipment, coaches’ safety training, the highest safety rating in helmets, player and cheerleader uniforms, extra game officials at every game on Sage field, and so much more.

Be confident in knowing that you are not only supporting the implementation of a sports program, but you are also helping to foster an organization that is truly committed to giving back to its own community.  Our players and cheerleaders have paid it forward by helping charitable organizations like Boxes to Boots, the Berlin Food Pantry, and the BHS Athletic Boosters.  Our players are committed to wearing their jerseys with pride as they represent our town and sponsors on and off the field.

We also invite all our sponsors and friends to come to a home game and cheer on your Berlin Bears. The season starts on Sunday, September 10th and runs each Sunday until late October. All home games are played at Sage field. 

Upon receiving your sponsorship commitment, we will provide you with our Tax ID Number for your records.  Please reach out with any questions.  We are so grateful for your consideration and support!

2023 Sponsorship Levels

Platinum Level: $3000 

• Your custom sponsorship banner will be displayed during all home games (4 Sundays x 4 Teams=16 games).
• Your business will be announced at all 16 home games. 
• You will receive a Berlin Bears football helmet to display at your place of business.
• Your company’s website will be linked on the Berlin Bears home page as well as our Facebook page.
• You will receive 4 tickets to “Parents Night Out” and the “Bears Kick-off Party.”
• You can provide marketing materials to all Bears families through our league’s email distribution list.
• Your business will have exclusive advertising on the back of the Berlin Bears registration t-shirt. This t-shirt is given to each player and we have over 170 players/cheerleaders!
• As a platinum sponsor, your banner will be prominently hung during all 16 home games by the pavilion which has the best visibility.  
• You are welcome to attend our Opening Day Ceremony and be on the field while your business is introduced.
• You will be a Featured Concession Stand Sponsor for one Sunday (4 games).
• You are welcome to set up an information table at any of the 16 home games.

Gold Level: $1500
