Berlin Bears Youth Football and Cheer

A non-profit youth football and cheerleading program located in the Town of Berlin, Connecticut. The mission of Berlin Bears Youth Football & Cheer is to empower the youth of our community, fostering teamwork, discipline, and respect while promoting physical and mental well-being, and building strong leadership for tomorrow's society.

We are a 501 (c)(3), TAX EXEMPT, non-profit organization. This program provides Berlin youth with a safe and structured environment to learn and play competitive football, competitive cheerleading, flag football, and “mini cheer.” The program also instills strong core values such as sportsmanship, work ethic, teamwork, and a sense of pride for the community. Our players and cheerleaders are proud to wear the Berlin “B.”

It would be impossible to do all of this without the generous support from sponsors, the community, and local businesses, looking to make a positive contribution, no matter how big or small.

If you are interested in teaming up with us this season by renewing or becoming a sponsor, then we encourage you to review the sponsorship levels outlined on this website. Every dollar, from every sponsorship, is put immediately into our program to provide player practice and game equipment, coaches’ safety training, the highest safety rating in helmets, player and cheerleader uniforms, extra game officials at every game on Sage field, and so much more.

Be confident in knowing that you are not only supporting the implementation of a sports program, but you are also helping to foster an organization that is truly committed to giving back to its own community. Our players and cheerleaders have paid it forward by helping charitable organizations like Boxes to Boots, the Berlin Food Pantry, and the BHS Athletic Boosters. Our players are committed to wearing their jerseys with pride as they represent our town and sponsors on and off the field.

We also invite all our sponsors and friends to come to a home game and cheer on your Berlin Bears. Games start on Sunday, September 10th and run each Sunday until late October. All home games are played at Sage field. Upon receiving your sponsorship commitment, we will provide you with our Tax ID Number for your records. Please reach out with any questions.
