This is the registration for the 2026 Summer Adult Volleyball League. Teams will play 6v6. There will be a guaranteed 6 game regular season, with a playoff. There are two divisions for this season -- Division A is for teams that want a more competitive experience, and Division B is for teams that want a more moderate experience. Please register according to your skill level--no "sandbagging" please. This league is open to players 16 years old +; players who are 14+ may play on the same team as a parent/guardian, subject to their discretion.

One player representative from each team should register as a coach for this division--they will then be given a Team Code which they can send out to their players. Players will use the Team Code during registration, which will automatically assign them to that team upon completion of registration. Each team in this division is a minimum of 8 players, and a maximum of 12 players. Players must be paid in full by the start of the 3rd game (on May 24th); players that have not paid their registration fee will not be able to participate in the league. Players can be added to the roster until May 24th; after this date no players can be added to team rosters without administrative approval. Players must have completed a waiver and be on an official roster to be eligible to play. Either team has the right to call for a roster check prior to the start of any game--regular season or playoffs. A team may "pick up" (a maximum of) 3 players in order to be able to field a complete 6-person team. You may not pick up more players than would fill out a 6-man team (ex.--your team has 4 players, the maximum number of pick up players would be 2). Team jerseys are not required.

We will play a Best-of-Three set format for all matches. Points are awarded Rally-style, meaning every ball served results in a point for either team. Teams will play the first 2 sets in a match to 21-points; the third set will be to 15. Teams will receive an aggregate point for each match they win, and all matches will play all 3 sets to allow for the maximum amount of competition. Teams that win 2 sets will be awarded a point for each set (2 points) plus an additional point for winning the match--the maximum total number of points for each match is 3 points.

Example: Team 1 wins set One, Team 2 wins set Two, Team 2 wins set 3 -- Team 1 would receive 1 point towards their season point total, and Team 2 would receive 3 points towards their season point total.

There will be a maximum of 8 teams in Division A, 10 teams in Division B, and 6 teams in Division C. Once a division has a full number of teams, we will have a waiting list to join that division. Teams are responsible for providing their own flags, and all players are advised to wear a mouthpiece. Team jerseys are not required, but all players must be in matching color shirts. Please make every effort to have 2 colors of jerseys (Home/Away). In the event that teams have the same color uniform, we will provide practice jerseys for the Away team for that game.

The Adult Shootout format is a 4-down, "hardcore four" league played on a condensed field. This is a passing league only--no direct handoffs allowed. There are no first downs, you must attempt to score on 4th down.

Offensive points will be awarded as follows: 6 points for a TD; 1 point conversion from the 5-yd line; 2 point conversion from the 10-yard line. Defensive points will be awarded as follows: Interceptions (non-returnable) are worth 3 points; a Turnover on Downs is worth 2 points.
