 Provide positive support, care and encouragement for the children participating in youth sports. 
Be responsible for all the kids on my team.
Do my best to ensure that all the kids have fun playing sports. 
Treat all kids with respect and avoid negative criticism. 
Teach all kids the skills of the game, the values of teamwork and the meaning of good sportsmanship.
Lead by example and always demonstrate good sportsmanship during practice(s) and games(s). 
Provide fair or equal amount of playing tim when coaching at the recreation level unless otherwise noted. 
Provide only encouragement and positive direction to players during games. 
Know the rules of FGSA and/or the league affiliate (TTBA) and always abide by them.
Respect the officials and their authority during games. 
Communicate effectively and timely with the parents of my players to keep them informed of all team rules, practices and games. 
Respect all facilities and equipment made available for my team to practice and play games. 
Not use profanity, abusive language, or threatening behavior towards any player, parent, coach, or official. 
Refrain from use of drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products at all sanctioned activities. 
Remember that I am a youth coach, and that the game is for our youth and not adults.
Provide a safe play situation and use coaching techniques appropriate for each player.
