During this Skills & Drills Clinics our coaches focus is to make sure our athletes understand the importance of safety during routines, they will focus on some of the below as learning skills & drills:

Football Skills & Drills

During this Skills & Drills Clinics our coaches focus is to make sure our athletes understand the importance of safety during a game whether it be tackle or flag football, they will focus on some if not all of the below:
Ladder Drill: Enhance footwork and agility while learning quick cuts and acceleration.
Cone Hops: Improve lateral movement and burst speed.
Knee Drills: Strengthen arm muscles and accuracy.
Starting Stance: Master the three-point stance.
How to block, how to throw a ball, how to tackle, how to catch a pass etc.

Returning Players are Free of Charge
New players will be $30 for all 7 sessions.

2024 FALL Youth Flag/Tackle Football Season

REGISTRATION fee INCLUDES

Practice 3-4 days a week starting August 1st thru October 27th possibly November.
Practice Jersey
Loaned Football Helmet, shoulder pads, & game day jersey.

Tackle Football 7th & 8th Graders
Registration is non-refundable. You will not receive a refund if you change or cancel.

3rd/4th Grade - CRUSADERS

2024 FALL Cheerleading Season

14 year olds cannot be entering high school (only middle schoolers allowed)


Registration Fee INCLUDES:

Practice 3-4 days a week starting August 1st thru November potentially December.
Practice T-Shirt, Game bow, Comp shirt & Bow.

Uniform is not included in the registration fee.
All athletes new and returning will have to purchase a new uniform this year.

Cheer Divisions

The following cheer divisions are offered.

Division Ages Skill Level

Division 8: 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 LEVEL: 1 & 2
Division 10: 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 LEVEL: 1 & 2
Division 12: 9 - 10 - 11 -12 LEVEL: 1, 2, & 3
Division 14: 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 LEVEL: 1, 2, 3, & 4

All divisions if qualified do complete in Florida for Nationals.
Registrations fees are non-refundable.
