Registration Process

What to expect when i register for the 2026 Fall season. 
You will initially be put on a waitlist. This allows the organization to control who is registering to ensure that only people allowed to register can register. Early registration for returners begins on Feb 16th and ends on March 15th. On March 1st, registration will open to all new athletes. Early registration will end on MArch 15th for all. 

Who cannot register:
- Anyone with outstanding balances from the previous seasons
- Anyone who still holds organizational equipment 
-Anyone who quit during the 2025 Fall season  without a legitimate reason (No because i didn't feel like cheering or playing anymore, is not a legitimate excuse).

Once your athletes name has been checked against the restricted list you will be moved off the waitlist. You will then receive an email letting you know your athlete has been activated. From there you will have 24-48 hours to make your deposit. If a deposit is not received by 48hrs you may forfeit your spot and it will be filled by the next player on the waitlist. The costs of registration this season is $400. Payment plans include installment payments of $133.33, $133.33 & $133.34 can be made if you are not able to pay the full balance at time of deposit. All registration fees need to be paid by July 1st. The initial deposit of $133.33 is a nonrefundable deposit. The only reason we will refund the deposit is if we do not have a team at that age group.  

The final step following registration is to get all required paperwork together for turn in at the designated times and also ensure you have downloaded the stack teams sports app. This is our primary means of communication to our parents. Additionally, it is very important to read through the code of conduct while registering your athlete. We adhere to a strict policy for misconduct. Not knowing the code of conduct policy is not an excuse as it is provided during registration and you must acknowledge that you read and agree during the registration process.  

The Oilers reserve a set amount for scholarships. If you are in a financial hardship and are unable to pay the registration fees, please contact our registration director at [email protected] to request a scholarship application. This does not guarantee that your application will be accepted and could result in you losing your athletes spot.
