FALL FOOTBALL INFORMATION
Our Fall Football season begins August 2026
Flag football
Our Co-Ed Flag Football Program is for students in grades K-8.
For the month of August, practice will be held Monday - Thursday 6:00-7:30 at Saltonstall Park in Watertown.
After Labor day, practices are 2 nights per week.

Tackle Football
For the month of August, practice will be held Monday - Thursday 6:00-8:00 at Saltonstall Park in Watertown.
After Labor day, practices will be held Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings for grades 3rd-8th grade.
3/4th Grade: Intro to Tackle
Instructional Tackle Football (Grades 3 & 4 )
The instructional tackle program introduces young athletes to football fundamentals in a safe, structured environment. The program focuses on skill development, teamwork, age-appropriate activities, proper tackling techniques, and simplified playbooks to build a strong foundation.
5/6th and 7/8th Grade: Tackle
Tackle Football (Grades 5 - 8)
The tackle football program provides older youth athletes with the opportunity to participate in a more competitive and structured environment. Coaches focus heavily on safety, teaching proper techniques, and building teamwork.

Games
Games schedules are announced closer to when the season starts.
Equipment
The league outfits each football player with practice and game uniforms, helmet, and pads (shoulder, knee,
and rib). Players are responsible to purchase their own mouth guards, cleats, girdle/cup, and socks.
