📅 2026 Spring Season Details
Dates: April 11 – June 6
• 8 weeks of games
• No games Memorial Day weekend

All games are played indoors at the Willow Hill Dome
📍 1350 Willow Road, Lot 1, Northbrook, IL 60062
👧🧒 Ages & Divisions
• Ages 4–5: Tee Ball
• Ages 6–7: Adult-Pitched Baseball
Program is co-ed and open to players from any city.
⚾ Game Information
• Games are played Saturdays only, with games starting in the morning
• Each team plays one 45-minute game per week
• Exact game times will be shared as we approach each season’s start date
• Due to field limitations, scheduling conflicts or special requests cannot be accommodated
📝 Registration Options (Please Read Carefully)
🚫 Buddy requests and team requests are NOT accepted via email
All requests must be submitted during registration.
1️⃣ Individual Registration
• Players may request up to two buddies
• Buddies must also register individually
• Buddy requests cannot be honored if the buddy is on a submitted team
• We can guarantee placement with one buddy only, depending on availability
• Please double-check name spelling—misspellings may prevent matching
2️⃣ Team Submission (Minimum 9 Players + 1 Coach)

Important Notes:
• Each player must still complete individual registration
• Teams with 12+ players will not receive additional players
• Teams with 9–11 players may receive additional players if needed
• Individual registrants are placed on league-formed teams before filling open team submissions
• Submit only one Google Form per team
• Wait until your roster is complete before submitting (the form can be edited until the deadline)
⚠️ Teams cannot be created unless all players register individually
🧢 Coaching
The program does not provide coaches. We rely on parent volunteers.
• If a team does not have a coach, parents will be asked to assist collectively
• Coaching resources are provided through the Willow Hill Baseball Program, including practice plans and game guidance
• No prior coaching experience is required
🏃 Team Practices
• Practices are optional and not part of the official program
• Likely availability: Practice time will be available before games on gameday
🎽 Equipment & Gear
✔ Provided: Jersey and hat (picked up by a team representative)
✔ Required: Baseball glove
Footwear:
• Cleats or gym shoes allowed
• No metal cleats
