Date: Saturday, March 8th

• • 8/9 Year Olds: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
  • 10/11 Year Olds: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
  • 12/13 Year Olds: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Make-Up Assessments (Baseball & Softball)

Date: Monday, March 10th

• • Time: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Who: For all ages who still need to be assessed.

Key Instructions for a Smooth Assessment:

• Drop-Off Only: Parents, please drop your child off and remain in the parking lot. For a streamlined assessment, no parents will be allowed to enter the cage areas.
• Check-In with Staff: Our team will be outside the cage areas to check in your child.
• Assessment Number: Your child will receive a unique assessment number upon arrival.
• Name on Shirt (Optional): If possible, have your child wear a shirt with their last name on it for easier identification. This is not mandatory.

Assessments are Required: Every player (within the ages of 8-13) must participate in an assessment session. These sessions will be conducted by high school baseball/softball players under the supervision of league coordinators. If you have any scheduling conflicts, please contact Rich Smith to discuss alternative arrangements.
