Stafford Little League: 2025 Fall Season Wrap-Up & Critical Winter Batting Cage Policy

Thank you to all our dedicated players, coaches, and volunteers for a successful and fun 2025 Fall Season! We truly appreciate your commitment to Stafford Little League.


OFF-SEASON BATTING CAGE USAGE POLICY (WINTER 2025/2026)

Please be advised of the following strict policies regarding the use of league batting cages during the off-season. These rules are non-negotiable and are in place for player safety and liability adherence.

1. Eligibility (Insurance & Safety)

For matters of insurance coverage and player safety, only players currently registered with Stafford Little League (SLL) are permitted to use the batting cages. The use of the facilities by unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited.

2. Mandatory Supervision

Players may not be left unattended. All cage usage must be supervised by an active SLL-approved volunteer or coach.

  • If the supervising adult is not a current team coach, specific prior approval from the League is required.

  • Note on Availability: Currently, the cages are reserved exclusively for approved SLL activities. General, non-scheduled cage time may become available later in the winter, pending scheduling review.

3. Reservation Procedures

All requests for off-season cage time must be submitted formally and require final approval from our Player Agent.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: UNAUTHORIZED USE

Unauthorized entry or use of the Stafford Little League batting cages is strictly prohibited and will be considered trespassing. The league will enforce this policy rigorously to ensure the safety and integrity of our facilities.

Please respect all league rules and facilities. We look forward to seeing everyone back on the field for the Spring Season!

Winter Batting Cage Scheduling & Usage Policy

Please note the following critical information regarding the use of the league batting cages during the off-season:

1. Current Cage Reservation Status: Effective immediately, the batting cages are exclusively reserved for official Stafford Little League players. Children may not be left unattended, and must be accompanied by a Stafford Little League approved volunteer. If this volunteer is not a coach, specail approval will be required. General cage time may become available later in the winter, pending scheduling.

2. Requesting Future Cage Time: All scheduling requests must be submitted formally and require approval from our Player Agent, Erica Salois.

3. Strict Compliance Regarding Participants: For matters of insurance and player safety, under no circumstance may any player use the batting cages who is not currently registered with Stafford Little League.

Unauthorized use of the Stafford Little League batting cages will be considered trespassing and dealt with strictly.
