An official NFL FLAG league just for girls, ages 6–17! This summer, we’re turning up the excitement with Friday Night Lights games at the Tracy Sports Complex.

Play 5-on-5 flag football with your friends in a fun, fast-paced, and empowering environment. New this season – we’re adding a High School Division to keep the competition strong and the vibes high! Whether you’re a first-time player or a returning star, this 5-week summer season is all about fun, growth, and sisterhood through football. 💪🏽🏈✨
