Females in Flag - Summer 2025

An official NFL FLAG league just for girls,

ages 6–17! This summer, we’re turning up the excitement with Friday Night Lights games at the Tracy Sports Complex.

Play flag football with your friends in a fun, fast-paced, and empowering environment.

Whether you’re a first-time player or a returning star, this 5-week summer season is all about fun, growth, and sisterhood through football. Practices held 1 hour prior to your scheduled game on Friday’s 💪🏽🏈✨
