Softball Spring -2026

8U

Our K-2 program is open for girls in 1st and 2nd grade. This is an introductory level that focuses on the development of basic softball skills and teamwork and is primarily coach pitched.

Note: Players are eligible for this program if they reside in Southampton, Westhampton, Chesterfield, Goshen, Williamsburg or Westhampton or attend school in these towns. The school enrollment form is not required to be completed at this time.

10U

Our 10U program continues to build on softball fundamentals while games begin to incorporate more advanced rules. 10U features player pitching.

Note: Players are eligible for this program if they reside in Southampton, Westhampton, Chesterfield, Goshen, Williamsburg or Westhampton or attend school in these towns. The school enrollment form is not required to be completed at this time.

**Girls cannot have turned 11 prior to 12/31/25 to be eligible for this program division**

Baseball - Spring 2026

SPRING
The Tball & Coach Pitch Leagues are for boys and girls Little League age 5 through 8. 
Tball: LL age 5 & 6 is an introductory program, players are introduced to the game of baseball. Players bat using a tee and/or soft toss from a coach. 
Coach Pitch: LL age 7 & 8 is a segue to AAA baseball on a full 60' LL diamond

Cost is $100 per player

The Minors/Majors/Intermediate are for boys and girls Little League age 9 through 13. 
To be eligible players must:
1) Reside in Southampton, Westhampton, Williamsburg, Chesterfield, or Goshen, or attend school in one of these towns.
MINORS (10U): LL age 9-year-olds and 10 year-olds
MAJORS (12U):  LL age 11-year-olds and 12 year-olds
INTERMEDIATE (13U): LL age 13-year-olds (50/70 field)

These leagues are player pitch. Age requirements and an evaluation process will be used to make teams.

Cost is $150 per player

**Registration fees are intended to cover the whole baseball budget for the season (uniforms, umpires, equipment, park fees, program costs, and field maintenance.)
** Sponsorship donations are primarily used for overhead costs, capital improvements, college scholarships, and donations.

2025/2026 Basketball - Recreational Program

Programs and Divisions

Little Dribblers (Pre-K & Kindergarten) $75
The Little Dribblers program is a fun, coed, instructional basketball experience for children who started Kindergarten this year in 2025 or entering Kindergarten in 2026. Eligible players have birthdays between September 1, 2019, and August 31, 2021 (no exceptions).
  • Eligibility: Players must reside in the Hampshire Regional School District (HRSD) or attend school there.
  • Program Goals: Players will learn age-appropriate skills, basketball fundamentals, and team concepts in a fun and safe environment.
  • Schedule: Sundays from 9:00-10:30 AM.

Recreation Programs (Grades 1-8)
The Recreation Program is open to all players who live in or attend school within the HRSD. There will be separate divisions for boys and girls.
  • Program Focus: Players will learn fundamental basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting, in a positive and supportive environment.
  • Equal Playing Time: We expect all players to receive equal playing time.
  • Coaching: Coaches are selected by the SYAA Hampshire Basketball Presidents and/or Committee.

Grades 1-2 Recreation Program $105
  • Format: 3v3 basketball games.
  • Season: Approximately 10 games.
  • Practice: One practice session per week, plus one weekend game (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Occasionally, there may be two games on the weekend.
  • Start Dates: Practices begin in December, games start January 3, and end March 7.
  • Location: Games will be played in Southampton or Easthampton. The schedule will be released in mid-December and available at:

Grades 3-8 Recreation Program $135 Grades 3-4 and $140 Grades 5-8
This program continues the development of basketball skills and plays in the Quabbin Valley Basketball League, which includes teams from towns such as Belchertown, Wilbraham, South Hadley, Chicopee, Easthampton and more.
  • Practice & Games: Teams meet 1-3 times per week for practices and games.
  • Season: Games start in January and run until mid-March (March 23).
  • Locations: Practices will be in town, while games are split between home and away games in other league communities.
  • Game Schedule: Released in mid-December.

Grades 9-12 (High School)
The Easthampton Basketball Association (EBA) facilitates the high school league.
  • Eligibility: This league is open to grades 9-12, but no Varsity players are allowed.
