St. Christopher's Parish Family has a thriving CYO Basketball program with a great board and great coaches.  Our season runs from late Fall through early Spring.  At the end of each season we have a playoff week and a large pizza party with trophies after the championship games.

The mission of CYO Basketball is to provide the highest quality programs to our young people. We are committed to provide these programs based on integrity, fair play and the right of all individuals to participate. We view our responsibility as extending far beyond the mere teaching of athletic skills. Our programs offer the opportunity to develop moral standards in all of our young people.

The administration and staff of CYO will do everything in our power to act in the best interest of our participants and our programs. CYO has the final authority to make all decisions regarding player eligibility and rules and regulations.

CYO athletic competition is  means of training young people to enjoy healthful sports but with the end, that win or lose, they learn to respect opponents, officials, and spectators. It is important that all concerned with the CYO athletic program follow this code:
"To emphasize the proper ideals of sportsmanship, ethical conduct and fair play. To stress the values derived from being fair. To show cordial courtesy to opponents and officials. To establish a happy relationship between visitors and hosts. To respect the integrity and judgment of officials. To achieve through understanding and acceptance of the rules and standards of eligibility. To encourage leadership, use of initiative and good judgment by the players. To recognize that the purpose of competition is to promote the physical, mental, social and emotional, well-being of the players."
