About Us

Why Volunteer???

St. Chris/Good Shepherd has a thriving CYO Basketball program that attracts hundreds of students each year. Our program is always looking for excited coaches to volunteer!

As a volunteer, you can be a head coach, an assistant coach, a referee, help in the snack bar, even join the Board of Directors and more!

The volunteers are the lifeblood of our program, and we couldn't do it without you all!

The time commitment of volunteering as a coach for our in-house program is 1 hour of practice each week, 1 hour game to coach each Saturday, and 1 hour game to referee each Saturday for a total of 3 hours per week for a little more than 10 weeks. Practices begin in December, and games end at the end of March.
