Registration Process Clarification

Q: Where do I get the player Contract

A:
Here is a link to the 2023 player contract. There is also a link on the home page
Please fill it out, save a copy and then upload the player contract.

Q: Where do I get the physical form:

A:
Here is a link to the 2023 medical physical form. There is also a link on the home page
The first page is filled out by the parents.
The second page is filled out by your child's physician.
If your physician has their own form they can provide it and upload that form along with the first page of the physical form.
You likely will print and then upload a copy(or picture of) the form(s)

PRACTICE INFORMATION

2023 Tackle Football season will begin in August

Practice Information:

Monday-Friday (5:30-7:30pm) until school starts
Wednesday-Friday afterwards
Before the first practice your child needs a colored mouth guard and cleats.
All Paperwork and payment must be submitted before your child will be issued equipment.
