2026 Messiah Girls Lacrosse Camp
Dates: Tuesday, June 23 – Thursday, June 25
About the Camp
Messiah Women’s Lacrosse Camp is open to athletes entering grades 5–12 who are eager to grow their lacrosse skills, game understanding, and love for the sport!
Each day includes three sessions focused on different aspects of player development:
-
Morning Session: Technical skill work and small-sided tactical drills. Separate, specialized goalie training is also provided.
-
Afternoon Session: Game-like situations that reinforce the skills taught earlier in the day.
-
Evening Session: Full-field scrimmages that allow players to apply new concepts in live play.
Groups are formed by age, experience, and sometimes position (Attack, Defense, Midfield, and Goalie). Adjustments can be made throughout camp to ensure each camper feels appropriately challenged and comfortable.
Coaching Staff
Our camp staff includes current Messiah University coaches and players who are passionate about teaching the game and investing in each athlete’s development. With a low coach-to-player ratio, each camper receives personal attention in a positive, encouraging environment.
Commuter Option
Campers who prefer not to stay overnight are welcome to register as commuters and travel to and from campus each day.
