Coastal Pop Warner is a completely digital/online registration and document submission process.  Both registration and payment should be completed online when possible.

Forms:
The following documents must be uploaded during registration:

• Player Contract
• Medical/Physical Form
• Certified copy of athlete’s birth certificate, state ID, or passport
• Copy of athlete’s most recent, end of year report card

               


The longstanding Wilmington Eagles and newly established Cape Fear Flight organizations merged
to form the Wilmington Lions United.  The founding members recognized the potential impact that coming together
could have on the surrounding community.  The Wilmington Lions are committed to
UNITING both the youth and the community!

We have a team of experienced coaches and dedicated volunteers who work together to
provide the best possible experience for our athletes. 

Our goal is to not only teach the fundamentals of football and cheer but to also help our youth build character, sportsmanship, confidence and lasting relationships.  The importance of accountability, responsibility, and a strong sense of community are essential to the organization. 

The Lions strive to provide a structured, safe and secure environment for
learning life skills for use both on and off the field!
