Registration TIPS

Football Mania: Football Mania is a required fundraiser for ALL football and cheerleaders. At the time of registration, you will be required to pay the $80 mandatory fundraising fee per athlete. You will receive (4) Football Mania tickets during the first week of practice. You will fill out the bottom of the tickets and hand the tickets back in for a chance to win money throughout the NFL Football Season! PW Spartans are in the Guaranteed Winner program with Football Mania; therefore there is a winner every week! Snackbar: Additionally, volunteering time at the snack bar throughout practices and home games are a requirement. If you wish to OPT-OUT, you have the ability to pay for this fee ($75) at the time of registration.

Medical Form: Attached you will find the required medical form to be signed by a doctor. Please make sure you have extra copies of the medical form on hand for the first week of football and cheer to be handed in for the binders.
