Organization Online Store
A spring online store will open soon. The online store will have cheer required items available as well as a selection of
spirit wear. Another store will be available closer to the beginning of the season. We suggest placing any required
needs in the first store to ensure delivery prior to the start of the season. Everything is based on available supply. We will have
sample sizes of online required items available at the in-person event for your convenience
Sideline/Game Program Practice Information
Kindergarten/1st grade and 3rd -8th grade
Practices are behind Martino Junior High at 5:30
The first day of sideline/game practice for the 2024 season is July 31st
Squads will practice from July 31st through August 23rd on Wednesdays and Thursdays
Beginning week of August26th practice is 1 day a week on Thursdays
This is subject to change based on field availability and weather
2nd grade Sideline Game program
Practices are behind Martino Junior High at 5:30
The first day of sideline/game practice for the 2024 season is July 30th
Squads will practice from July 30th through August 23rd on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Beginning August 26th, practice is 1 day a week on Thursdays
2nd grade participants will have an option to participate in the SWMFL competition
If elect to participate, competition practice will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
This schedule is subject to change based on field availability and weather
Mustang Legacy Sideline/Game and Competition Program
Mandatory choreography Camps will be held during the week of July 22nd . These camps will be held during the day
More specific information will be available as squad rosters assembled
Legacy practices will begin the week of July 29th behind Martino Junior High
Legacy practices will be held on Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays at 5:30 through August 23rd
Sideline practices will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday through August 23rd
Beginning the week of August 26th Legacy will practice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and sideline on Thursday
This is subject to change based on field availability, indoor space availability and weather
Legacy participants are required to participate in an additional fundraiser
4 competition Dates will be made available as are known
Game Schedule
All our home games are played at Martino Junior High on Saturday
Away games may be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday, based upon the opponent
The first league game is scheduled for the weekend of August 24/25th
The organization typically has a practice game the weekend of August 17/18th
A more detailed game schedule will be provided as available
Volunteering Requirement
This organization is built upon countless hours of volunteers!
A participant parent/guardian is required to fulfill a 4 hour concession shift in the concession stand during the season
We understand parents/guardians have busy schedules and therefore this can be fulfilled in multiple ways:
~The parent/guardian can work the scheduled shift themselves~
~secure anyone 16 years or older~
~choose to pay a person 16 years or older~
~secure a community service needed person 16 years or older~
The health department requires anyone working to be minimally 16 years of age
Your team mom/manager will assist in scheduling your time slot during the year
