1. Create an account on Sports Connect – Click Here to Get Started!

2. Complete the Coaches Application

3. Submit a Background Check – You'll receive a link via Sterling Volunteers

4. Upload a Headshot Photo – Head & shoulders only. No hats. No sunglasses.

5. Upload a Photo of Your Driver’s License

6. Complete USA Football’s Youth Coaching Certification – Must be done before stepping on the field!

7. CPR/First Aid Certification – Highly recommended and preferred
