REGISTRATION 

Woburn Pee Wee FOOTBALL: All Woburn-Winchester and Lexington youth from K to 8th Grade (no minimum or maximum weight, ages 5-13) are welcome to participate on our levels. Dual Participation is allowed (Middle School and Pop Warner at the same time).
NEW FORMAT AND LEVELS: U13 -U11-U9 and U6 Rookie Tackle
Practices begin Monday August 5

CHEER AGE: All Woburn and Lexington Youth born between August 1st 2007 and July 31st, 2019.

2024 Registration Fee for all other participants is: $ 250.00 1st Child, with a maximum charge of $375.00 per family (Family is 2 or more)

Early Bird Registration Fee - $25.00 OFF If registered before May 26th, 2024

All 13-year-old Football players (8/1/2010 to 7/31/2011 - registration fee $150.00

Late Fee of $25.00 on registrations from June 19th, 2024, to July 14th, 2024 - Registration Fee total - $275.00

Late Fee of $50.00 on registrations on or after July 15th, 2024 - Registration Fee Total $300.00.

Once you have finished your registration, please log into https://popwarner.sportsaffinity.com and electronically sign your forms.   The forms are from the questions answered while registering your child.

There are two forms to be signed the 2024 Youth Participant Medical History Form and the 2024-2025 Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form.  This must be completed to finish the paperwork portion of your forms.
