There are a few exceptions to the rule, please contact the association president before you register your athlete.

After or during your registration process, you will need to complete the Proof of Residency form (link below) and submit your 2 proofs or residency (as outlined within the form) along with your bus route that can be found here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VrlkkCX_I__SaeyyDLCnddd77NcWOlBy/view?usp=sharing).

Not complying with or failing to upload the appropriate documents could delay or reject your athletes' rostering for Lincoln County Pop Warner.
