2025 Regular Season Registration


Welcome to the 2025 Regular Season Registration with Centennial Lakes Little League / Fastpitch (CLL/CLF)
This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your credit card information available.

Cost

The costs for our younger leagues are as follows:
TeeBall $175
CPBB $260
AAA $322

Special TeeBall, Coach Pitch and AAA Development Announcement for 2025

There are no tryouts for TeeBall, Coach Pitch and AAA Development leagues.

Ages for each league:
TeeBall is for ages 4-5 years of age. There is an optional 6 yr old if the player has never played before. Please contact the office if interested.
Coach Pitch Baseball (CPBB) is for ages 6, 7 and 8.
AAA development, also known as 'kid pitch' is for 9 year olds. If the player is 8 and wishes to play in AAA, they must have played two years in CPBB. All players will be checked for their age and history of play.

Note: If your 7 or 8 year old daughter is interested in Coach Pitch Baseball, she also has the option to play on the 8U Centennial Lakes Fastpitch. In 2024 we had six full teams of just girls on the 8U teams. Girls may play in either league, but as an organization, we want families to know that most girls play in the Centennial Lakes Fastpitch (Softball) League. The competition is strong and there are skills learned in 8U that aren’t in Coach Pitch Baseball, such as playing with a larger ball and hitting the pitch coming up from an underhand pitch instead of overhand. We have also found that MOST girls want to play with the girls. Either way, we are certain your player will have a fabulous season.

Payment Options

  • PAY IN FULL: Submit total player fees online today upon conclusion of this online registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account.
  • PAYMENT PLAN: Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard or Discover account. Remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on March 1st and April 1st, 2025. 
If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sports Connect account BEFORE day of payment to update your account information.

Fees

A credit card is required.   A processing fee of 3.4% of the transaction amount plus $3.00 service fee to Sports Connect will apply on all registrations. This fee is passed on to a 3rd party credit card processor.

Late Fees

A late charge of $30 per player (for all but T-Ball) will be assessed after February 1st and players will be accepted on a space available basis. T-Ball registration late fees will be assessed later than other registrations, after March 1st.

Family Discount

If you are registering more than two players in your family this season, you will receive a 50% discount on the third (and fourth, if applicable) child's registration fee. If one of your players is a "12U-All Year" or "14U-All Year" or "HS-All Year" player for the 2025 season, you MUST contact Jeremy at our office at 763-780-3836 for your discount after you have registered your third (or more) player. Please note, the lowest registration fee plays for half price. All discounts will be applied at checkout.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time in a single registration session. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

Scholarships

If you require additional information about scholarships due to financial circumstances, please e-mail or call the League at 763-780-3836. Please don't register until eligibility for a scholarship has been verified. The office will instruct you how to proceed if eligibility is approved. Once registration fees have been paid, you will not be eligible for a scholarship. Any scholarship awards will remain anonymous. There are NO scholarships available for the All Year teams.

Game Days by League

National League games are on any day of the week.
American League games are on any day of the week.
International League games are on any day of the week.
AAA Development League games are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Coach Pitch Baseball (CPBB) League games are on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Tee Ball League games are on Fridays and some Sundays.

REFUNDS POLICY

Anyone registering and deciding to withdraw from play before February 2nd will be refunded their registration fee less processing fees and a $40 administration fee (request must be received prior to February 2nd). All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (e-mails accepted as well).

As of February 3rd and afterwards, there will be NO REFUNDS. Please note: for those trying out for a traveling team (e.g. softball or National League baseball), not making the traveling team of your choice does not warrant a refund and is past the February 3rd refund date.

Boys who don’t make a National League team will automatically be placed into the American League or International draft. Girls who don’t make a Division A or B team will automatically be placed into the Division C team draft and assigned to a team.

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your credit card information available.

Cost

Our Major Leagues all cost $360.00 to register for, with a $20 team placement fee, whether you try out or not (everyone is expected to attend tryouts.) The national league has an added expense for the higher quality uniforms and will be billed via invoice after team placement. National League and American League will also have an additional Invoice for Tournaments that will be sent out after Team placement.

Special Majors Announcement for 2025

Our Major Leagues consist of the following:

National League - Ages 10-12 years of age
American League - Ages 10-12
International League - Ages 10-11

All three levels will participate in a tryout, scheduled for March 2nd. Scores and skills will determine team placement.

The National League is our highest level of play and are limited to just a few teams, with the exact number determined by the number of highly skilled players.
The American League is our middle level of play, we have many more American teams than National teams.
The International League is our lowest level of play and is limited to 10 and 11 year olds.

We recommend registering for the level that might best represent your player's skill set.

Majors Tryouts

Tryouts are scheduled for 3/2/25. Specific times will be assigned and emailed as the date approaches and will be determined by the number of players. National league tryouts will be first and players will try out together. American league tryouts will also be together and after National leaguers. International league registrations will try out together and after American leaguers.

This year there will be some pitching tryout work during tryouts for those that want to show their pitching skills. Pitching tryouts are not a requirement and are a separate score from the overall tryout.

Special 12U, 14U and 16-18U(HS) Announcement for 2025

Players requesting to "Play Up", according to their age level, must get approval from the Softball Board of Directors to try out at the higher level, and will be granted in very rare scenarios.

12U, 14U and 16-18U(HS) Tryouts

Tryouts for 12U, 14U and 16-18U(HS) will be February 23rd. Specific times will be assigned and emailed as the date approaches and will be determined by the number of players.

Special 10U Announcement for 2025

Starting in 2025, there will be new requirements to play up as an 8 year old. All 8 year old play-ups must try out in the 10U tryouts and score greater than the average of the bottom 25% of 10U player tryout scores. Any 8 year old player not exceeding this score will be placed in 8U. 8 year olds will only be placed on a 10U "A" team, or 10U "Year-Round" team with board approval and in very rare scenarios. If player is not placed on a 10U team, you will NOT be refunded the tryout fee.

In addition, starting in 2025 there will be an '8U Advanced Team', determined through tryout scores from the 8U tryouts. The 8U advanced Team will play other like teams this Summer from our 8U league of other softball associations.

This concept is ongoing and in development at the time of this posting. Other associations have been asking for this. Game nights for the advanced team might be on Mondays and Wednesdays instead of the normal 8u gamedays of Tuesdays and Thursdays.
