Madrid Soccer Association is a volunteer based Club that provides soccer for ages 3-18 in the fall and ages 8-18 in the spring. We rely on a volunteer based board who keeps things moving and organizes the seasons. The board does our best to maintain order and provide a fun learning experience for all the children.  In order for us to help provide these opportunities for the children we need parent volunteers to help us. We understand that it is difficult to offer a lot of time as a busy parent, but we need all the help we can get. Please talk to us about volunteer opportunities. Here are some needs we have for you to consider:
Coach- Organize practice by providing drills and fun games for the kids to play. You will work with the assistant coach to Establish practice time and communicate with the parents. The board will provide you with resources and supplies needed for successful practices. We have a coach liaison who will help you in the process. 
Assistant Coach- Coordinate with the team coach and establish practice times. Help run practices and communicate with parents. 
Concession Stand workers- In the fall Madrid Soccer runs the concession stand as a way to fund raise. There is a person in charge of running the stand and will provide everything needed. We will provide a schedule of home games and ask parents to work at least one game of the season. We use signup.com as a way to organize the schedule. 
Field Painting- Keeping the fields painted during the season is something fairly easy but needs to be done. We will make a schedule of volunteers and would love people to sign up to help with this task. Usually coaches help keep this done but if parents can paint once for the season this would help the coaches.
